RAILROADING
Modern trains can stretch for over 1/2 mile or more and weigh thousands of tons, yet the multi-engine lash-ups of huge diesel electric locomotives are powerful enough to easily move along the tracks at high speeds. While most train photography just records the train, my goal is to compose instead to emphasize this mass and power as well as capture the artistic element of long parallel lines of tracks and train cars, along with at times the human element in railroading.
